a joint artwork featuring a repurposed neck piece made by my aunty Maria Teresa "Tere" Martirena in Minas, Uruguay. Tere's piece uses reclaimed fabric/leather remnants and wooden beads. I have blanket stitched around this and crocheted/coiled using various yarns including wool and acrylic. Additional beading combines glass seed beads, antique bugle beads and wooden beads.
